Jesus said in John chapter six,
"He who eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, dwells in me, and I in him. Whosoever eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. Then Jesus said unto them. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you."
And again the Psalmist wrote, "Who satisfies your mouth with good things; so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's." Psalm 103
